My name is Frank Gilpin, and I am a Senior Field Engineer for Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC. I have worked for Raytheon since March of 2000. This after working eight months as an industrial mechanic at Dal-Tile International, and 15 years service with the United States Army as a operator and system mechanic for the Patriot Air Defense Missile system. During that 15 years I served in the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Korea, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All of my state side time was at Fort Bliss, Texas. I am presently working for Raytheon Technical Services Company in El Paso, Texas. I spend my free time as a Commissioner for Mescalero District, Yucca Council, Boy Scouts of America. I'm also attending Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Online pursuing a bachelor's degree in Technical Management.
